  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates:

  • Within New Zealand:

    • 1–3 business days to central areas

    • +1–2 additional days for remote areas

  • To Australia (FedEx services):

    • FedEx Priority: 1–2 business days to central areas (+1 day for remote)

    • FedEx Economy: 2–4 business days to central areas (+1–2 days for remote)

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes

  • We ship to addresses within New Zealand and Australia, including P.O. Boxes.

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
